In January 2019, everyone was talking about the Fyre Festival documentaries on Hulu and Netflix. A major takeaway was how much the festival creators spent on their infamous promo video shoot. My partner and I realized it could have been made much cheaper with Shutterstock. Acting quickly, we recreated their video using only $2K worth of stock footage. And the Internet loved it.
