In January 2019, everyone was talking about the Fyre Festival documentaries on Hulu and Netflix. A major takeaway was how much money the festival creators spent on their infamous promo video shoot. My partner and I realized it could have been made for a fraction of the cost with Shutterstock. Acting quickly, we recreated the video using only $2000 worth of stock footage and music. And the Internet loved it.
